Vinny Pardi (Business Development Manager)

Vinny is an integral part of The Digital Ledger (TDL) business. In his role as a Business Development Manager at TDL, Vinny brings value to the team by prospecting for opportunities in various industries that could benefit from the services provided by TDL and the technology that the business promotes.

Before joining TDL, Vinny graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Vinny has designed the full gamut of electrical systems for commercial, retail, and mission critical facilities as a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. The technical expertise that Vinny has developed over years of experience has afforded him the opportunity to apply his skill set into wider areas of technology.

Vinny is most passionate about technology which can enhance the way we live and innovations that help us improve the world around us. His pursuit of this passion has taken him from studying nanotechnology at Purdue University to his work with a virtual reality (VR) startup, which entailed demonstrating the technology to sports teams as a use case specifically for training their players in VR and the associated benefits. Vinny’s interests in traditional trading and investing brought him into the cryptocurrency space in recent years.

Since his entry into the market of crypto-assets and trading of this new asset class, he has been highly focused on participating in this area by attending project meetups, managing mining rigs, and actively trying to help advance the emerging field of distributed ledger and blockchain technologies.

Further to his involvement with TDL, Vinny and his wife Elizabeth are also recording an educational podcast (Block Pardi) to help introduce and explain the many facets of the cryptocurrency market and the potential of blockchain to the wider economy.
