Pippa O’Flaherty (Co-Founder and Operations Manager)

Pippa is a Co-Founder and Operations Manager at The Digital Ledger (TDL). In her role at TDL, Pippa is a central member of the team and provides communications and client management in various aspects of the business while also being involved across the suite of services provided by TDL.

As a founder of the TDL business, Pippa brings with her 14 years’ of business experience, primarily in the Finance Sector with a Bachelor in Economics majoring in Valuation, a Masters in Finance and is a Certified Practising Valuer. Pippa’s main experience involves financial modelling, Valuation, advisory and the delivery of billion-dollar master planned projects for institutional grade companies. In addition to her financial industry accolades Pippa holds a double degree in Business Marketing and Management.

Over the past few years Pippa has undertaken in-depth and dedicated personal education into the fintech and blockchain space which originated from a sceptical point of view after years of working in finance. In her research she changed her position from sceptic to advocate and has since refocussed her career aspirations and interests to this rapidly emerging area of the finance sector.

Additional to the TDL business, Pippa also provides free community education which has largely been in a physical setting in her hometown of Sydney. She also has a network of business individuals who provide tech opportunities for TDL to collaborate on and help advance to the appropriate areas of the tech industry.

Further to her involvement with TDL, Pippa has also been involved with local and Federal political parties in Australia, works for grass roots charitable causes and provides mentoring to university students and new entrants to the industry in which she works.
